Beautify the Block is a JD Sheth initiative to revitalize the city blocks in which we build homes as part of our Affordable Housing for All Program. Our goal is to not just build homes, but to build a sense of community where everyone can thrive. JD Sheth completed infrastructure upgrades to two owner-occupied homes on the block of our recent Home of the Brave project. The upgrades included the replacement or repair of siding, roofing, front doors, windows, railings, and landscaping.
