The JD Sheth Foundation is honored to have been recognized by our community for our work.

 

Thank you to Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry for recognizing and presenting our founder, Jaimie Sheth, with the McGary Jones Visionary and Humanitarian Award at this year’s United Way’s Day of Caring. This award is the highest honor in the City and we are so proud and grateful for this recognition for the work Jaimie and the foundation are doing in Evansville and around the world.

We would like to thank the University of Southern Indiana for recognizing our founder, Jaimie Sheth, as their Phenomenal Woman of USI & Community - Alumnae of the Year 2023!

Thank you to the ladies of the Evansville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta sorority for recognizing JD Sheth’s global work. Jaimie Sheth was their International Awareness & Involvement honoree, which highlighted our foundation’s work in 14 countries, 3 continents, and our support for over twelve thousand people here in the United States and around the world.

Thank you to the Junior League of Evansville for naming Jaimie Sheth as one of the Top 20 Women in Business in the Tri-State for 2023. We appreciate this recognition for our work here in Evansville.

Thank you to the University of Southern Indiana for highlighting our founder, Jaimie Sheth, and the foundation in the Spring 2023 issue of Illume. Jaimie was able to share what motivates her, project updates, and our plans for the future.

Sagamore of the Wabash Award

Congratulations to our founder and CEO, Jaimie Sheth, on recently receiving the Sagamore of the Wabash Award presented by Lt Governor Suzanne Crouch on behalf of Governor Eric Holcomb. The award is one of the highest honors bestowed by an Indiana Governor and is presented to persons who have rendered distinguished service to the State or the Governor.  Thank you to ECHO Housing Corp, who nominated Jaimie in appreciation for the work the JD Sheth Foundation has done to improve the lives of homeless veterans in Evansville and all the amazing work done in our community and around the world.  Our Foundation has partnered with ECHO Housing on several projects, including a technology center and pocket park at their Lucas Place II Housing Facility.  Photo Credit: Lucy Himstedt (ECHO Housing)

 

Celebration of Leadership Award

Our founder, Jaimie Sheth, also won a Celebration of Leadership (COL) award in Community & Neighborhood in 2021! The Board of Directors is honored to be a part of your mission and excited about our upcoming projects in Evansville. COL is an annual event whereby Leadership Everyone honors individuals, projects, or organizations who make significant, collaborative contributions to our community.
